The objectives of Bank Windhoek's Social Investment Fund are: |

- To empower and/or develop financial literacy, science and mathematics amongst target audiences, mainly learners.
- To support and develop entrepreneurship skills.
- To support job creation initiatives.
- To create awareness about, and educate the public on cancer.
- To support projects/programmes in the selected areas, which aim to improve, uplift and develop communities.
- To have a lasting impact and impression in communities where Social Investment projects are carried out.
- To have a sustained improvement in communities.
