LONG TERM LOAN

Bank Windhoek's Long-Term Loan is granted for purposes such as purchasing livestock, or starting your own business. This loan has a maximum repayment period of 15 years. However, if the repayment period is longer than five years you will be required to provide security for the loan.

The Bank Windhoek Long-Term loan offers the following benefits:
- Fast and local assessment of your application and quick availability of funds
- Save money due to early redemption (if you settle the full loan before the end of the repayment period, provided you give Bank Windhoek a notice of three months)
- You can choose to repay the loan either monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly
- Interest rate of the term loan is linked to Bank Windhoek’s prime lending rate and is negotiable.

When applying for a loan at your local Bank Windhoek branch, remember to bring along the following: |

- Your Namibian ID or valid passport or valid Namibian Driver's License
- Your latest pay slip or proof of income
- Your most recent municipal account, not older than 3 months, or other proof of your residential address
