Documentary Credits (Import/Export) - provide security to importers in terms of receiving the goods they have ordered, while guaranteeing exporters of receiving their full payment. These documentaries are governed under rules stipulated by the ICC - UCP 600. |

Documentary Collections (Import/Export) - we forward your export documents to a bank in the buyer's country. The documents are only released to the buyer when payment terms and conditions are met. |

Guarantees - provides security for a wide variety of performance and payment obligations entered into when tendering offers or signing contracts, with regards to advance payments or goods delivery against an open account. Guarantees can also serve as security for loans. |

Forward Exchange Contracts - a contract between Bank Windhoek and you for the purchase or sale of foreign exchange for delivery at a pre-determined future date and exchange rate. Such a contract is normally used for periods of up to 12 months, although longer periods can be arranged. |
