The Namibia Defense Volleyball (NDF) Club remained a force to beat in the Bank Windhoek National Volleyball league after beating the University of Namibia (Unam) Volleyball team in the ladies league during the weekend.

BANK WINDHOEK CANCER APPLE PROJECT RAISES A RECORD                        N$ 1.8 MILLION FOR CANCER

The 2014 Bank Windhoek Cancer Apple Project has raised a record N$1.8 million for the Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN), bringing the total amount of funds raised since its inception 14 years ago to more than N$11.8 million.

BANK WINDHOEK AND NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL (NYC) PARTNER TO SUPPORT YOUTH IN BUSINESS

Bank Windhoek has extended its assistance to the National Youth Council (NYC) to provide business expansion loans to youth in business.  Bank Windhoek and the NYC  embarked upon a strategic partnership that allows Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owned by youth between the age of 18 and 35 years old, to acquire capital for business expansion.

BANK WINDHOEK GOLF DAY TO TAKE PLACE THIS FRIDAY

Thirty-two teams have signed up to take part in the 14th Bank Windhoek Golf Day in Aid of Welfare, which takes place this Friday, 19 September at the Windhoek Golf Club.
The Golf Day has raised more than N$1 million for welfare since its inception in 2000. Last year, N$130 000 was raised.
