Bank Windhoek opened its revamped Wernhil Park's Agency on Saturday, 2 June 2019 in Windhoek's central business district area. This brand new agency, which includes Bank Windhoek's new look and feel, operates under the auspices of Capricorn Branch and offers customers a pleasant banking experience in line with the Bank's new brand identity.
A Bank Windhoek customer, Kevin Pedro, who visited the Agency, said: “I like the fact that the Agency has that welcoming ambiance when I walked in to do my banking. Thank you Bank Windhoek for this initiative, especially now that I can be seated on the waiting area couches instead of standing in a queue."
Other customers echoed Pedro's sentiments and said that the new development will be well received by the public who will visit the Agency to do their daily banking in a comfortable and relaxed environment. The Bank Windhoek Werhil Park Agency, is now situated at the Shopping Centre's brand new extension on the first floor, shop number 4.
